Returns and Exchanges

All orders, for the most part, are considered final sales. Hello Violet is an exceptionally small (one woman), self-sustaining business, meaning that most of the shop's profits go toward more inventory, supplies, shipping, fees and hosting costs. The product images typically show the exact item you'll receive as inventory is never overstocked, with the exception of stones and crystals which are picked for you from a collection. 

With that said, if you're feeling bummed about your order for any reason please send an email to shophelloviolet@gmail.com for a resolution. You can also send a direct message on Instagram or Facebook or use the website's contact form. Happiness is a good thing and Hello Violet wants you to be happy. We can work something out. 

Please not that apparel and totes are made to order and not mass-produced and cannot be exchanged for this reason. Your shirt or tote was made especially for you. The tees fit true to size so you should not have any fit issues. However, if there is anything wrong with the print due to human error we can fix this issue! Email a pic to shophelloviolet@gmail.com and the print team will happily resolve any printing mistakes. 

Hello Violet is not responsible for items lost in the mail. This has never happened before, thankfully, but in the off-chance that it does please understand that this is a separate entity from the post office and customs. If there are any issues you are welcome to get in touch via email to see what can be done. Also, if you entered the wrong address (which has never happened on an order) there is literally nothing that can be done unless the package comes back to us.
